Shipping and returns policy
Shipments
-The price of all items on our website include VAT according to the regime of second-hand items.
-The shipping costs of the items that are sent, will be paid by the buyer. Satisfaction in shipping with more than 4000 items sent worldwide at a very competitive price, with prices ranging from € 10 to € 40 per shipment to the entire European Community, to other destinations to consult. We always send with tracking number and insurance.
Returns
- DARTHY offers the possibility of returning products within the first 15 calendar days, as long as the product is occasion or second hand.
- We remind you that the right to a refund only exists when the goods have a defect prior to the sale, so the buyer can demand the restitution of the article or a refund of the amount. For all other causes of return, our establishment, like any other, is free to decide whether to accept returns of non-defective products, for which reason we must determine the conditions (set out in this document for each case, in terms of deadlines, whether it will be made in cash or by means of vouchers, packaging and other required conditions).
- The presentation of the proof of purchase is essential when making any exchange or return.
- The establishment may occasionally advertise products announcing that if you are not satisfied you will get your money back, so you are entitled to it, but it will be up to the establishment to decide when the conditions announced in the advertisement end or change, so if they exist, you should ask about their validity before buying.
- For products damaged in transit or an error in shipping the order to you:
- If the material has arrived hit or damaged, that is, with damage for reasons attributable to the transport company, which would result in it being defective, or if there has been an error on our part in the shipment of the order, you have the right to have it resent correctly or to cancel the order and receive a full refund of the purchase price, and we will pay for the costs of collection and replacement.
- If you exercise the right to be resent you have to notify the service of incidents of transport agencies that must be informed of the damage suffered by their cause and to us at the following email address darthy@darthy.com indicating name, email address with which you made the purchase, number and date of order, brief account of the reason for the return and identifying the material including the price that has arrived hit or damaged in the first 24 hours from receipt of the material. After this time the return will not be accepted for damage attributable to the agency so please check the material once received.
- In the event of any damage caused during transport, it must be immediately noted on the delivery note.
- Any shipping errors must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
DARTHY reserves the right to cancel any purchase:
- If the product has been sold in a physical shop and by mistake it has not been deleted from the website, we will proceed to inform and refund the full amount of the order.
- Your billing information is not correct or cannot be verified.
- Your order is flagged by our security systems as an abnormal or fraudulent order.
- If you are under 18 years of age.
- If we have reason to believe that it has been done maliciously.
- The order is the result of an error in the shop's system (discounts incorrectly applied, shipping costs not accounted for, wrong prices, etc.).
- Delivery cannot be made to the address you provided.
