Orders

You can place your order through our website or directly by calling or e-mailing us.

The payment of the items must be made within a maximum period of 5 days, after confirming the order with the buyer. Otherwise the item will be put back on sale.

Once we receive the payment we will proceed to send you the items you have purchased, either by courier (24-48 hours) or by taking it to you personally, as appropriate.

Methods of payment:

For payments with credit card, we use the secure network REDSYS associated with La Caixa.

For payments by bank transfer, once the order is placed, you will receive an email indicating the account where to deposit the money and when we receive it we will send the order to your home. Please note that this method is slower because the process takes a few days.
